coach

I am a hypnotist and coach fascinated by the ways we can free ourselves from past pain and diminishment that may exert, shape or influence how we live, and dream, today.

So how do we do this? Recent developments in our understanding of neuroplasticity—how the brain works and how we learn and grow—is leveraged to help us re-pattern old habits of thought, feeling, behavior, and even beliefs, to open ourselves to worlds of possibilities—happiness, freedom, lightness, hope, courage, confidence, opportunity and vision.

How often we disparage our brains! “Why do I always do that??” We feel disappointed or even let down, “why does this always happen to me?!”—when, in fact, our brains are trying to protect us and keep us alive, but they’re using old frameworks that are no longer useful, or wanted, in our lives.

Our brains are remarkable, strange, funny and powerful, and this drives my excitement and passion in my work with others. Together, we seek and create relief, understanding, hope, grounding and expansion, so one can define, act and imagine the life one wants to lead—and then go live it.
