BOSTON POST ROAD

Boston Post Road, 41.27590, -72.99081, 06.17.2013 was photographed in four minutes before a summer storm descended in a blinding downpour. I happened to be driving along a stretch of strip malls, late afternoon, on my way to pick up a sash at David’s Bridal, when the light darkened swiftly in telltale signs. With my camera beside me, I pulled into the store’s parking lot and leapt out of the car. Of one hundred shots, I selected eleven for printing.

All photographs are archival inkjet prints on Hahnemühle Photo Rag. Sheets are 17" x 22". Color photographs, edition of three, printed 2013 and 2017.
